How to be happy?

Hi friends.  I would like to say something about how to stay healthy and happy.


1. Awake sweetly:


Wake up quickly is not a good term and many of them may oppose you because, wake up in the early morning with drowsy, without vivacity makes a person to spoil the whole day. When you wake up just think one minute, about your best moments that happen in your life.

 

2. Prepare yourself for the present day:


It is necessary that you have to prepare yourself very exactly what you are going to do for the present day. 
1.  Prepare your daily activities one by one.
2.  Try to do your work and finish on that day itself.
3.  Make a daily graph of yourself and analyze it.
4.  Make a goal and try to achieve it, if not at least try it.

 

3. Eat Healthy and Be Fit: 


Our body is a machine, which needs regular exercise and healthy food habits. 
Mind and body are interlinked, a very healthy person seems to be very happy than for the sad one it is vice versa. 
1. Try eating green vegetables, fruits and drink plenty of water at least 3 litres minimum.
2. The best exercise to stay longer is Yoga. Find the practitioner. 
3. Try to split your meals 6 times a day. 
4. Spend some time with nature, go to garden, walk out and play outdoor games. 
5. Sound sleep is necessary and smile often you can.

4. Work completely:

The best medicine during your day to day life is work. Find yourself on which stream our work is going to be. 
Choosing your career is important in your life, please don't do work which is not at all satisfying you. Enjoying while doing is the work. Working without interest will make your health and mind bring down. Please be conscious of that. Choose your field, do it, work hard, enjoy it, expose yourself to the world. 

 

5. Do good: 


Attaining success in life is not a real success. We born here as a human being we should have a humanity, love, care and affection towards others.  
 1. Don't limit on your own circle, try to help to poor ones. 
 2. Find a time to educate others especially children.
 3. It is necessary to provide food to the poor.

Standard and Quality of the human is estimated by his good actions not by money. 

 

6. Self-confidence:


A small ant can lift the food which is 8 times more than its weight and it will share it with other ants. 
1. You should know yourself better than others. 
2. You list out your good and bad qualities and try to overcome your negative one. 
3. Accept the challenge: Life is full of challenges.Please don't get away from that.

A small story once swami Vivekananda was walking along the forest, one monkey chased him, he started to run. He tried to hide himself from monkey. He ran more than  five kilometers but still monkey was not ready to leave him. He was thinking about himself , "why we have to run", he changed his attitude and faced the monkey face to face and he chased the monkey. What next monkey ran away.

So, Don't try to hide yourself from problems, try to face it. Develop the confidence.

 

7. Learn:


The process which could not be stopped that is learning. If someone, thinking that they knew everything, they are fools and you can name them as mentally ill. No one in this world knows everything. 
Learning is the good process which keeps your mind and body most intelligent, energetic and more knowledgeable. 

Read books to increase your knowledge and also to develop your imagination and language skills. The best teacher in your life is life. Your life teaches you a very good lesson.

 

8. Be Gratitude:


Be gratitude to others, don't underestimate others. Everyone has got some emotional backgrounds and ability. Whatever may be, whoever may be, younger or elder, boss or employee, even animal also. Feel free to tell thanks, good, well , nice. Try to congrats everybody even for their small work. Motivate as much as you can.
