Do you have fear? Oh my friends, Let us celebrate Bharathi.

Hello my friends, I was very inspired by one man, who is very common man lived in the 18th century.

Mahakavi Subramanya Bharathi: The Great poet in India.

 

If i praise that he is only a poet, then it is awaste of time. He was born in Ettayapuram, Tamil Nadu. Everyone might have known about him as the famous poet , the freedom fighter and Patriotic leader. But, he was the trend setter at the time.

Every one opposed his poem due to the new enriched way of his poetic lines. The poetic lines of him  are very straight forward, made every human to critic his lines. He also fought for our nation involved in many freedom events and created awareness for the uneducated people by his beautiful lines. I am not here to say about his work and his history. It is better to google to about him. I owe to tell about his famous song.

Achamillai Achamillai. ( No need to fear).

1. Acham ellai Acham ellai, Acham enbathu elaiye ( First line of the song)

It explains that, there is no need of fear without any causes and reasons. Why are you having fear about your life, family, etc. So here, he clearly tells about unnecessary fears are like a mirage. A person would get fear about his shadow too if he is ready to get fearful.

2. Eachagathu ullorellam edirthu nindra pothilum ( Acham ellai...)

Here, the line well  explains about, whoever it  may be even richer, vice persons, god men, religious leaders, family everyone who are all against me. I won't get fear because of them.

3. Thucham aaga enni nammai thooru seidha podhilum ( Acham ellai....)

Here, Even the critics in this world are ready to consider me as a dust in the dustbin, I won't get fear.


4. Phichai vangi unnum valkai petru vitta podhilum ( Acham ellai ....)

 Even , my life is in poor condition( condition to beg for his daily needs). I won't get fear.


5.  Ichhai konda porul ellam, elandhu vitta podhilum ( Acham ellai...)

 Even, all my desired things, that's all i needed in my life has got lost.  I won't get fear.

6. Kaachanaintha  kongai madhar kangal veesum podhilum (Acham ellai....)

Even, the well endowed, seductive ladies have thrown their eyes on me. I won't get fear.

7. Nacchu vayile konarnthu nanbar ootum podhilum ( Acham ellai...)

Even,  my lovable friends who feed very poisonous food to me. I won't get fear. 

8. Pachai yoon anintha vher padaigal vantha podhilum ( Acham ellai...)

Even, the green hordes of army with well equipped arms are ready to destruct my life and me. I won't get fear. 

9. Ucchi meedhu vaan edirndhu veezukingra podhilum ( Acham ellai...)

 This is the great line in this song. Even though, the sky scatters, demolishes and hits on my head too.I won't get fear. 

What? this is of, he explains about the fear, in a simple way. I request everyone not fear about your life.

How to be happy?

Hi friends.  I would like to say something about how to stay healthy and happy.


1. Awake sweetly:


Wake up quickly is not a good term and many of them may oppose you because, wake up in the early morning with drowsy, without vivacity makes a person to spoil the whole day. When you wake up just think one minute, about your best moments that happen in your life.

 

2. Prepare yourself for the present day:


It is necessary that you have to prepare yourself very exactly what you are going to do for the present day. 
1.  Prepare your daily activities one by one.
2.  Try to do your work and finish on that day itself.
3.  Make a daily graph of yourself and analyze it.
4.  Make a goal and try to achieve it, if not at least try it.

 

3. Eat Healthy and Be Fit: 


Our body is a machine, which needs regular exercise and healthy food habits. 
Mind and body are interlinked, a very healthy person seems to be very happy than for the sad one it is vice versa. 
1. Try eating green vegetables, fruits and drink plenty of water at least 3 litres minimum.
2. The best exercise to stay longer is Yoga. Find the practitioner. 
3. Try to split your meals 6 times a day. 
4. Spend some time with nature, go to garden, walk out and play outdoor games. 
5. Sound sleep is necessary and smile often you can.

4. Work completely:

The best medicine during your day to day life is work. Find yourself on which stream our work is going to be. 
Choosing your career is important in your life, please don't do work which is not at all satisfying you. Enjoying while doing is the work. Working without interest will make your health and mind bring down. Please be conscious of that. Choose your field, do it, work hard, enjoy it, expose yourself to the world. 

 

5. Do good: 


Attaining success in life is not a real success. We born here as a human being we should have a humanity, love, care and affection towards others.  
 1. Don't limit on your own circle, try to help to poor ones. 
 2. Find a time to educate others especially children.
 3. It is necessary to provide food to the poor.

Standard and Quality of the human is estimated by his good actions not by money. 

 

6. Self-confidence:


A small ant can lift the food which is 8 times more than its weight and it will share it with other ants. 
1. You should know yourself better than others. 
2. You list out your good and bad qualities and try to overcome your negative one. 
3. Accept the challenge: Life is full of challenges.Please don't get away from that.

A small story once swami Vivekananda was walking along the forest, one monkey chased him, he started to run. He tried to hide himself from monkey. He ran more than  five kilometers but still monkey was not ready to leave him. He was thinking about himself , "why we have to run", he changed his attitude and faced the monkey face to face and he chased the monkey. What next monkey ran away.

So, Don't try to hide yourself from problems, try to face it. Develop the confidence.

 

7. Learn:


The process which could not be stopped that is learning. If someone, thinking that they knew everything, they are fools and you can name them as mentally ill. No one in this world knows everything. 
Learning is the good process which keeps your mind and body most intelligent, energetic and more knowledgeable. 

Read books to increase your knowledge and also to develop your imagination and language skills. The best teacher in your life is life. Your life teaches you a very good lesson.

 

8. Be Gratitude:


Be gratitude to others, don't underestimate others. Everyone has got some emotional backgrounds and ability. Whatever may be, whoever may be, younger or elder, boss or employee, even animal also. Feel free to tell thanks, good, well , nice. Try to congrats everybody even for their small work. Motivate as much as you can.

Are you confused Arjunas?

Hi friends. Are you confused? what is your purpose of life? Why have you borne? What is your goal? If you start to find this answer. You are confused.

Don't think when you are confused, but when you are confused you started thinking. What? do you think my statement is confusing. Let us go to the topic of  how our mind is in a confused state?.

Naturally, There are three stages of mind:
1. Purity mind: enlighten the mind.
2. Human mind: Good and bad.
3. Impurity mind: only bad.

The holy book in Hindu religion: Bhagavad Gita.

Gita is the part of Mahabharata written by Veda Vyasa. It consist of 700 verse scripture. The interaction between Arjuna, the Pandava prince and Krishna, the Hindu god. It has been translated in many languages.
Gita is the best psychological book but we have to understand it in depth.

Battle place: Kuru shetra.
Arjuna: The hero of the war.
Krishna: The god and also the charioteer of Arjuna.
Pandava: Yudhista, Bhima, Arjuna , Nakula and Saka deva.
Kaurava: mainly Dhritarashtra , Bhisma, Duruyodhana.


Now,let me start to explain the concept of battle war with respect to our mind. When the battle started, Arjuna mind was in a very confused state, he said krish to place him in the middle of the battle, in between Pandavas and Kauravas. Krish did that. Everyone is ready for the war except Arjuna.

Arjuna started to ask some question to Krishna,being in the confused state. Oh Krishna, you are my friend and god. Now my mind is very confused. I want to ask some questions to you. Krishna was asked.
Arjun asked that "why should i want to kill my cousins and my teacher, as they are my relatives?" Krishna replied, you born as a Kshatriya, Kshatriya's life purpose  is to battle. It is your duty so you have to do. After then, God started to explain the nature of human life in terms of 700 songs to Arjuna, explaining about the duties and the purpose of every human life.

After the explanation, Arjuna's  mind was clear and let himself to war and at last Pandava won.

Now, Let us relate ourselves with Mahabharata. Our mind same as Arjuna's mind with a lot of confusion.  Our  Body is the place of Kurushetra war exactly good and bad will fight as similar as Kauravas and Pandavas. When we start to think, we are coming out of confusion and we seek for the real life. We came to know our purpose of our life. At that stage, our truth will be visible in the form of god. So, if we chose the right purpose, right way, good things, destiny, our life goal , aim and ambition. Surely, we will win in this life battle.

Confusion is the first step of thinking, don't last with the confusion. Try to understand your life. Definitely, you would reach for success. Be happy and enjoy life.

Awake to Sleep


Hi Friends, Today i would like to tell a sleepy thing. Yes, about sleep. Please don't sleep. Wait, Wait , Wait i make you sleep. 

Someone has got complaint about sleep.  Lack of sleep. What is this? Do you know how the brain is affected due to lack of sleep?
 

 I have seen lots of people complaining about sleep. I have been wondering about the students, they sleep when they are being lectured. Some people sleep while at work , someone may sleep in morning, some might sleep in the bathroom, this is also a problem. 

Contrary, somebody won't even sleep at night. I have heard, Spider-man, Bat-man, Super-man even Wolf-man, but at night every one is transformed to Owl-man. Jokes apart.

Just imagine that, you are working with a machine, never mind about for what the machine works. Once you used the machine, it is mandatory to cool the machine. The machine may subjected to heat. Certain process is followed to reset the machine in order to keep the machine in the stable state.

Similarly, Our brain is also like a machine, which need some refreshment. Sleep is the best medicine.

First, I would like to show the difference between brain activity before sleep and after sleep.

Even while you take walk after you got up, our brain looks like this only. Just think, without rest if we are continuously working with our brain.

Effects due to lack of sleep:

 * Difficulty concentrating at work, school, or home.
 * Memory problems.
 * Others tell you often you look tired.

I came to know that Hypnos. He is the Greek men, who is the god of sleep. When the people of Greeks were pleased to sleep. He makes them to sleep. I don't know this had happened. Even, the epic Ramayana also Kumbha- Karna, younger brother of Ravana. Don't ask who is Ravana? He will sleep continuously for six months. 

So, I am not here to explain about epic, just tried to say the importance of sleep. I apologize to  you, if i said anything wrong.
Without sleep,  human will die within a month. With sleep a human can live longer more than 70 years. I wish everyone to live longer without ailments. Follow my sleepy song.

Welcome to dream, Imagine you are on the ice.
Switch off to the media, Switch off to google. 
Get on to bed , Pray on to god.
Come out of mind, while you are in sleep.
Tell  am always happy, when you sleep.
Don't think about the past,
The result would be worry at the last.
Sleep in the bed , don't chop your head.
Think a kid, This is all I did.
Lack of sleep is not dis-order.
Follow the steps in this order.
Make interest and take the rest.
