Say yes, Say no

Are we animals?

Food is the essential need for our mental and as well as physical life. Do you think without food can we live?
If someone says yes, we have to respect the gentleman/woman  as the god. I think god won't eat our food because he knows 70% of food in this world is unhygienic.

Like a french fries, my explanation should be crispy and sharp. So, without breaking the monotony we have to think about the current problem.

Food safety:

As per the proper advice from WHO (World Health Organization) food must be safety:
1.  Separate raw foods and cooked foods to avoid contamination.
2.  Use boiled water to prevent from waterborne diseases.
3.  Do not switch over to junk food.

Due to lack of time and modern trends, we are accepting junk foods. One interesting thing about ourselves, though we know the negative side effects of unhygienic foods. we won't open our eyes and ears, we open only our mouth to eat.

Negative effects of junk food:

1. High Blood Pressure - B for Burger and P for Pizza. I am not an enemy of this too, Just i said.
2. Tremendous Weight gain - Leading to obesity.
3. Heart attack: To say in other words we are only attacking our heart by eating junkies, at last we are blaming our heart. Very bad, what can a heart do. Our heart is a child.


How to control it?

1.Please, tell to your mind as a command, No to Junkies.
2. Fill yourself with fruit juices, while moving out. 
3. Try to be a chef of your own, try to prepare food by yourself. It will be creative and interesting.
4. One useful advice, don't make a relationship with outside vendors.

Think and eat, don't eat and think. 

Lack of exercise:

Do you know mind and our body are interlinked? how a software works with computers? Similarly how a computer works without software?

Egyptians had prepared the 365 calender and 24 hours time in a day. Before that, the Romans introduced 8 days in a week. Before that, there is no time and all, morning, evening and night is calculated with sunset and sunrise. 

Even 24 hours a day is not sufficient for us. Recently, i have studied an article. An employee, who is a girl from a software company has worked continuously for 30 hours without rest, and movement of her body. 
She died after that. We have to think here! can anyone do like this? Feel sad.

Exercise is mandatory for both physic and for the mind. I request everyone to make a note of it. Many software geniuses are working like this without caring about their health. 

one entertaining news, some intelligent brainees are doing workout in an air-conditioned gym. Very funny thing, one logical question. Doing exercise without sweat is like eating food without salt.

Lack of exercise results:

1. Diseases 
2. Mental stress.

Mind your health or Health will mind you.


Tips:

1. Please spend some time at least 20 min to exercise.
2. Clap and laugh both having beneficial features.
3. Talk with others, avoid talking with yourself.
4. Intake green foods.
5. Yoga, aerobics is better than a gym workout.
6. Dance, if you like. Play outdoor games. 
  
So I request everyone, to take care of health and have quality life.
